Volkswagen Financial Services launches “Startup Battlefield”

Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) launched “Startup Battlefield”, an initiative to promote innovative ideas and business in the area of ​​sustainable mobility and financial services, to respond to citizens’ mobility needs, to transform management activities fleet or optimize the distribution of goods in cities. Applications are open until October 5.

 

 

Startups should present disruptive ideas / solutions in the area of ​​mobility between the following themes: fleet management for clients, optimization of the distribution of goods and meeting the mobility needs of citizens. The three best ideas to be presented on October 12 will be awarded under the terms of www.vwfs-battlefield.com.

 

 

The organization will make a selection of the best 15 projects presented, which will have the opportunity to compete and convince a jury composed of investors, entrepreneurs and institutional leaders linked to the innovation ecosystem and startups, including Volkswagen Financial Services.

 

The international initiative will take place in Portugal on 12 October in the city of Lisbon, and will give the opportunity to 15 projects to compete. The winners will meet with the Volkswagen Group and be present at Websummit!

 

In order to participate, startups and entrepreneurs must register at www.vwfs-battlefield.com, explaining their idea, project or business and the respective capital gains.
