Since August 21, 2017, applications for Vale Incubação have been opened, the measure of the Startup Portugal strategy to support companies with less than 1 year of activity by contracting incubation services with accredited incubators, which includes the Center for Incubation and Development of LISPOLIS.
This measure encompasses individual projects of new companies, managed by one or several entrepreneurs, in activities related to creative and cultural industries, sectors with a greater technological and knowledge scope, or value the application of R & D results in the production of new goods and services. services.
In addition to being less than one year old, micro and small businesses to be covered by this measure must:
- No other applications or approved projects in the investment typology “Qualified and Creative Entrepreneurship” and “Productive Innovation PME”;
- Consult at least two accredited incubators and receive the declaration of interest from at least one of the incubators addressed;
- Accept the contracting of the service with the selected accredited entity;
- Have physical incubation in the selected accredited entity;
- Carry out and execute an incubation plan of a maximum of 12 months from the signing of the Acceptance Agreement
- Submit an evaluation report on the service rendered by the accredited entity at the end of the 12 months
- Obtain or update the Electronic Certification on the IAPMEI website to prove the status of micro or small business
The services contracted to the incubators can be financed up to 40% (Lisbon region) or 75% (outside Lisbon in the areas considered) with a limit of 5,000 €.
The application phase ends September 27 and results will be announced November 10.
