Do you want to accelerate your business and don’t know where to start?

It has arrived! The Ideas and Business Acceleration Program – LISPOLIS IGNITE! – which aims to support startups in developing their business models, with exclusive access to training sessions and specialized mentoring.

There will be two editions, the first of which took place last March.

There were 4 intensive days (March 11, 12, 18 and 19), where tools were shared to boost business and topics such as Marketing and Finance for startups, Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies and Financing Opportunities were covered. It ended with a final event on April 9th where the projects from this edition were presented.

The prizes for this first edition were €1,000 and a year’s incubation (at Centro de Incubação e Desenvolvimento de Lisboa) for 1st place and a year’s incubation for 2nd and 3rd place.

The 1st edition focused on the areas of energy and sustainability, with the aim of contributing to the acceleration of innovative and disruptive startups/projects/ideas that are a key asset for these industries.

We looked for startups with the following profile:

  1. No more than 7 years old;
  2. Are in the energy or sustainability fields; or
  3. That produce relevant work/contribute to the areas mentioned (for example, a project to build a platform that increases the efficiency of the work processes of a company that produces components for wind energy).

This acceleration program is also open to early-stage projects/business ideas.
