ArtVision is promoting, until November 10th, the Global Customer Survey 2017, the survey of customer satisfaction assessment from ArtVision’s clients.
In order to identify areas for improvement, ArtVision is conducting a customer satisfaction survey that will serve as a means of diagnosis and analysis.
The ArtVision Global Customer Survey 2017 is conducted via email and all responses will be processed in full confidentiality and anonymity.
In the latest survey (ArtVision Global Customer Survey 2017), 93% of customers would recommend ArtVision to other organizations.
According to Rui Oliveira, CEO of ArtVision, “the recognition of the competences of the company must be constantly checked because it is in the customer, and in their satisfaction, that our focus is. We have to continue to identify opportunities for improvement in our organization and there is nothing better than our business partners to indicate these opportunities for us. “
